Technically, you can unlock all of Cyberpunk 2077's Trophies in a single playthrough, however you should pay attention to Stanislavski's Method, Autojock, Ten Out of Ten, Master Crafter, V for Vendetta, and Rough Landing because all of them are potentially missable.

Junk, for example, should always be dismantled, and obtaining the Scrapper perk in the Crafting tree (within the Technical Ability attribute) makes this easy, as it allows junk to automatically be dismantled when picked up. You are probably not getting 100% in terms of achievements on a single playthrough, unless you really do your homework and build around it, as some of the achievements require high stats in different stats that you are probably building yourself out of on a natural playthrough.

Mostly nope, but there is ONE Phantom Liberty side gig you can lose out on if you don't do it early. Other than that you can only lose them by refusing them or not doing them correctly once you've accepted them.

This means no ending, aside from the secret Cyberpunk 2077 ending or new Phantom Liberty ending, are missable - useful if you want to 100% Cyberpunk 2077's achievements or trophies.
